Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for establishing a Continuous Control Monitoring and Continuous Auditing Framework. This includes performing analytics and process walkthroughs to identify leakages, reviewing loss & damages of shipments & other leakages identified in past internal audit reports, and developing / refining dashboards for continuous monitoring. Additionally, you will work closely with the Data Science team for effective monitoring and predictive analytics, the Security team for appropriate investigations of shipment losses, and the Ops team for appropriate corrective actions. Key Responsibilities: - Establish Continuous Control Monitoring and Continuous Auditing Framework - Hire, manage and review the performance of CCM team - Perform analytics and process walkthroughs to identify leakages - Review loss & damages of shipments & other leakages identified in past internal audit reports - Develop / refine dashboards for continuous monitoring - Identify actionable items and ensure effective closure of identified gaps - Work with Data Science team for effective monitoring and predictive analytics - Work with Security team for appropriate investigations of shipment losses - Work with Ops team for appropriate corrective actions Qualifications Required: - CA & CIA Additional Details: N/A,
