As the Director - Growth and Monetization, your main responsibility will be to drive commercial revenue and partnerships in categories like Luxury Fashion, Jewellery, High street fashion, e-commerce, and watches. You will be tasked with creating integrated programs that span print, branded content, digital, events, and exhibitions to generate revenue through media buying and solution selling. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Head of Sales to develop revenue strategies for global brands in India, understanding client needs to create tailored packages, conceptualizing new revenue streams, preparing digital and video plans, building positive relationships with partners and internal teams, and exploring collaboration opportunities during global events and fashion weeks. In terms of team management, you should have the ability to grow existing business while driving new opportunities, a proven track record in revenue growth, and experience in leading high-performing teams. Key skills and competencies required include negotiation and selling skills, knowledge of the digital ecosystem, luxury advertising business, fashion and lifestyle, and global events in the fashion and luxury industry. The ideal candidate should hold a Post Graduate or MBA in Sales and Marketing with at least 13 years of relevant experience in the field.
