Leading engineering teams globally to deliver innovative solutions will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Responsibilities: - Leadership & Team Building: Lead, mentor, and grow multiple engineering teams, potentially managing other managers working on various components of digital core banking features. Foster a strong team culture centered around technical excellence, collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. Define effective team structures, roles, and responsibilities to maximize productivity and scalability. Oversee hiring, performance management, and career development for engineers within your domain. - Technical Strategy & Execution: Champion best practices in software development, testing, deployment, and operations using agile methodologies. Manage team priorities, backlogs, and remove roadblocks to drive key business results. Lead the management of global supplier partners focusing on cost-effectiveness. Qualification Required: - Skilled at building partnerships, driving technology transformation, and developing capabilities to support a growth strategy. - Experience in lean product management and effective use of the build-measure-learn cycle. - Strong leadership, communication, collaborative, and influencing skills. - Understanding of cloud-native software design patterns and industry trends. Additional Details: You will lead a team of 50 experienced technical professionals to build, grow, and maintain Ford Credit's digital assets and touchpoints across Ford Credit Operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high-quality and efficient delivery of Ford Credit technology roadmap, leveraging Google Cloud Platform, Artificial Intelligence, and DevOps. Driving technology transformation across the digital organization and being a catalyst for modern technology applications will be crucial aspects of your role.
