As a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer at dotSolved, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing features and functionality on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. Your role will involve customizing and optimizing SFCC to meet business needs, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of e-commerce sites. You will maintain high-quality coding standards through code reviews, unit testing, and peer feedback. Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues and bugs that arise will also be part of your responsibilities. It will be crucial to ensure that the website and integrations follow security and privacy best practices. Collaboration with design, marketing, and product teams will be essential to create an engaging user experience that drives conversion. Utilizing A/B testing and analytics to continuously optimize user flows, layout, and content for improved conversion rates will be a key aspect of your role. Monitoring performance metrics and implementing SEO and site speed improvements as necessary will also be part of your duties. In addition, you will create technical documentation and user guides as needed and provide ongoing support and maintenance for the e-commerce site. Your goal will be to ensure uptime, quick resolution of issues, and seamless user experiences. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud development (Demandware experience is also acceptable). Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end development tools is required. Experience with server-side development, particularly with Node.js and JavaScript-based frameworks, is a plus. Familiarity with e-commerce best practices, SEO, and digital marketing principles is also desired. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments are important qualities for this position. Additionally, a background in customer service or experience working with customer service teams, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields, is required. If you have Salesforce certifications, experience with other AI tools and platforms, and possess skills in communicating effectively, problem-solving, self-development, customer focus, directing others, dealing with ambiguity, and functional and technical skills, you are encouraged to apply for this role.,
