Good understanding/experience of IT recruitment.
Excellent in Sourcing, Screening and Converting the JD into a Search.Average in communication & interpersonal skills is a MUST.Exposure in handling a client is a PLUS.

IT Exposure is a Added Value.

Required Candidate profile
Should have inclination towards making a career in HR Domain
Should be aggressive to achieve the increment in salary as we have target based 3 months appraisal cycle
Should bring healthy competition
