Direct Taxation & Indirect Taxation - CA

Role Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end management of both direct and indirect tax compliance and advisory, including income tax, TDS, GST, and related filings. Ensure accurate, timely reporting and support on assessments, audits, and tax planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Direct Taxation:

• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, companies.
• Compute advance tax liabilities and ensure timely payments.
• Handle TDS compliance: monthly payments, quarterly return filing, Form 16/16A issuance.
• Assist in tax audits, assessments, and manage responses to notices.
• Support litigation matters, including preparing submissions for appeals.
• Provide tax planning and advisory to minimize liabilities within the law.
• Maintain updated knowledge of amendments and judicial precedents.

✅ Indirect Taxation:

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C, etc.).
• Perform GST reconciliations with books of accounts.
• Manage Input Tax Credit (ITC) utilization and compliance.
• Provide GST advisory on business transactions and contracts.
• Handle GST audits, departmental notices, and assessments.
• Stay updated with changes in GST law and notifications.

✅ General Tax Support:

• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and tax audits.
• Maintain accurate and complete tax records.
• Liaise with tax consultants and legal advisors on complex matters.
• Ensure timely communication of changes in tax laws to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Experience:

• Taxation(DT&IDT): 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Chartered Accountant (Required)
