Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers for financial products and services
Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers
Build and maintain good customer relationships to ensure continued business growth
Achieve assigned sales targets through regular field visits and lead follow-ups
Maintain records of sales activities and report updates to supervisors
Represent the company professionally during client interactions

Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil mandatory)
Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality
Basic understanding of financial products and customer engagement
Strong presentation and persuasion skills
Willingness to travel within assigned locations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
