Your Responsibilities: Supervises the team and works closely with Team Lead to ensure HR TA processes are delivered in a timely and accurate manner in compliance with standard process flows and according to agreed service levels. Drives effective workforce management (cross-training, backlog management and mitigation). Acts as subject matter expert in the team and works on complex issues or cases which are escalated for resolution. Identifies and initiates the implementation of best practices and process improvements to increase efficiency and drive productivity gains. Together with the Team Lead and TA Delivery Manager, it leads internal control over HR TA transactions and quality controls. Works with customers and stakeholders to improve understanding, cooperation and performance. Ensures a positive working relationship within the team and with external customers by measuring customer/ employee satisfaction and building on results. Delivers HR TA support to the HR community, managers and employees, showing a customer service mind-set and a proactive way of working to serve customers with a can do” attitude. Drives appropriate people management activities (working time planning, holiday planning, recruiting, motivation, development). Your Background: A bachelor’s degree in any stream At least 8-10 years of experience in HR Talent Acquisition in a global organization Hands-on experience on end-to-end recruitment life cycle Ability to manage a team size of 8 – 10 members Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Lean or Six sigma certification will be an added advantage. Ability to work in teams, within deadlines and be process oriented. Attention to details. Showcase ownership behavior. Open to learn new things. Ability to work independently. Idea generation. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
