We are currently looking for Customer Service Executives/Technical Support Executives to join our Inbound Voice Process (Tech Support) team during US shifts. Roles and Responsibilities: - Handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. - Diagnosing the problems accurately and recommending the most suitable plan to the customer. - Offering technical support plans and relevant software to customers. Qualifications: - Minimum qualification of 10+2. Candidate Profile: - Excellent communication skills in English. - Prior experience in outbound tech support for 6 months to 1 year. - Ability to effectively close customer calls and demonstrate good sales skills. - Immediate joining required. Salary: Rs. 15,000-22,000 per month (fixed) + generous incentives Shift: US Shift, 9:00 pm to 7:00 am (6 days a week) Freshers and candidates from domestic BPOs are not eligible for this position.
