This role is integral to driving the growth of our US Healthcare Staffing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, proven relationships with MSP, VMS, system integrators, or direct clients, and the ability to be immediately productive. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with MSP, VMS, and system integrators, as well as direct clients in the US Healthcare staffing industry. • Onboard new clients and deliver tailored staffing solutions that meet their needs. • Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize revenue opportunities. • Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities. Business Development: • Proactively identify and target potential clients to expand the business portfolio. • Leverage your network and market knowledge to open doors and drive business opportunities. • Understand client requirements and provide strategic staffing solutions promptly. Collaboration & Communication: • Maintain clear and regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables. • Be confident and proactive in reaching out to clients through calls and other communication channels. Qualifications & Skills: • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in the US Healthcare Staffing industry in a Business Development role. • Strong client relationships with the ability to acquire and manage MSP, VMS, system integrators, and direct clients. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a confident, proactive approach to making client calls. • Experience using tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and other sales technologies to drive pipeline growth. • Willingness to work night shifts (aligned with US business hours).

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber plant engineering professionals. • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms. • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future manufacturing plant engineering needs. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for plant engineering positions, from job requisition to offer acceptance. • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals. • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback. Qualifications: • Bachelor Degree (2024 and 2023 Pass out candidate). Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on Manufacturing Plant engineering . • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers. • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Role & responsibilities Assign requirements as soon as they come in from the VMS. Work with RM and Recruiter to get the requirements assigned as they come out of the system. Read the job description before assigning. Highlight the required skills for the job before sending it to the recruiter. If not enough info on the requirement or the rates are not appropriate, or any details are missing then work with the Account Manager to get additional info for the recruiting team. Analyze the availability of recruiters, check to confirm availability with the Recruiting Manager and assign the requirements to the available recruiters. Ensures requirements are assigned ASAP without any delay. Make sure submissions are made within 24 hours of the requirements being assigned or in lesser time for HOT reqs. Follows up with recruiters on submissions/updates. Quality checks of the resumes before submissions Accepts and rejects requirements in the system (VMS) Communicate all heads-up requirements from the Account Managers to the recruiting team. Liaison between Account Manager and Recruiting team members. Daily report generation on performance. Make recommendations and come up with strategies on how to improve delivery as well as our numbers on those clients. Make sure all the submittals follow and maintains client policies, procedures and guidelines. Auditing submissions as well as all activities around the assigned clients Monitor and follow up on all emails and other documents as well as communication on the clients assigned. Keeps track of interview notification emails and ensure AM's are sending interview requests on all candidates. Ensures offers are closed and sent out accurately and within time.
