Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the IT industry. Understand the specific hiring needs and culture of each client. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly. Regularly assess client satisfaction and work to exceed their expectations. 4. Reporting and Market Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to clients. Identify emerging talent needs and market opportunities. Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to account management. 5. Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue enhancement within existing client accounts. 6. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, including pricing and payment terms. Ensure that contracts align with both client and company interests. Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs. Create and maintain a resource pipeline to ensure that resourcing needs are met. Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure adoption and growth of company's recruiting division. Recommend ways to improve the employer's brand. Participate in career events, job fairs and campus interviews. Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners.
