Handling Indirect tax compliances viz. filing of GST returns, assistance in GST audits, etc. Assistance in analysing provisions of other laws viz. Company law, FEMA, etc. and handling the compliances under such laws Handling of 197 Certificates under the Income Tax Act, issuance of Form 15CA/CB, etc. Analyzing and interpreting provisions under the Income Tax Act as also provisions pertaining to International Tax, dealing with interpretation of Tax Treaties and addressing to specific tax queries raised by clients Assisting in forensic assignments like data search, data analysis, analytical review of financial statements, etc. Overall responsibility for execution of the assigned engagements and client delivery. Effective implementation and review of work programs. Updating clients on on-going matters on a prompt and regular basis, keeping track of industry developments
