CNC Machine Operator Trainee Department: Production Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and technically inclined freshers who have completed their Diploma or ITI in any stream to join our production team as CNC Machine Operator Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop skills in operating Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines used in the manufacturing of our diverse range of home interior products. You will receive comprehensive training and work alongside experienced operators to produce high-quality components according to specifications. Responsibilities: Undergo comprehensive training on the operation, basic programming, and maintenance of various CNC machines (e.g., CNC routers, laser cutters, milling machines, depending on the company's equipment). Learn to interpret technical drawings and work orders to understand production requirements. Assist experienced operators in setting up CNC machines with the correct tools, fixtures, and materials. Load and unload materials onto the CNC machines safely and efficiently. Learn to monitor the machine operation to ensure parts are being produced according to quality standards. Perform basic quality checks on finished parts using measuring instruments. Assist in basic machine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubrication. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures within the production environment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Contribute to team efforts to meet production targets. Be proactive in learning new skills and processes related to CNC operation and manufacturing. Qualifications: Completion of Diploma or ITI in any stream (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Fitter, Turner, etc.). Basic understanding of technical concepts and aptitude for working with machinery. Strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
