Hiring Diploma Candidates – Internship + Job Assurance (Lift Manufacturing Industry)

We are looking for Diploma candidates (Mechanical / Electrical / EEE / ECE / Mechatronics) to join our Lift Manufacturing Company for a 3-month paid internship with confirmed job placement after training.

Internship Details (3 Months)

• Stipend: ₹12,000 per month
• Training Provided: Hands-on training in production, assembly, installation & quality processes
• Industry: Lift / Elevator Manufacturing
• Job Assurance: Successful trainees will be offered a full-time job after internship

Post-Training Compensation

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on performance)
• Role: Production / Assembly / Quality / Service Technician
• Employment Type: Full time

Eligibility

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / EEE / ECE / Mechatronics
• Freshers are welcome
• Should be willing to learn and work in a manufacturing environment
