Job Description As a System Engineer within the EDITRON business, you will be the primary TECHNICAL ADVISER and support of customers on a wide range of electric and hybrid drivetrain and power generation systems. Additionally, System Engineers will manage the Commercial Development and Sales of the assigned customer accounts in conjunction with the Team Lead and the BU Sales Director. You will work closely with customers (both direct and distribution), consulting engineers, Danfoss Regional Account Management team in support of the Business Unit’s revenue growth plan . Work with business technical and commercial teams in support of execution of improvements and enhancements to system dimensioning tools and new product development features Organize, coordinate, and conduct electrification training for authorized distributors, select OEMs, consultants and internal sales and engineering teams and individuals Provide technical support across all products within the portfolio and ensure content and preparation of relevant technical documentation in support of sales activities. Work with the BU sales development managers and Danfoss field sales teams to review and approve new applications with customers throughout the system design process.
