Problem Solving : Ability to troubleshoot production issues quickly and effectively. Data Analysis : Use production data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Safety Awareness : Implement and enforce safety protocols in high-temperature environments. Qualifications Education : Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Glass Technology Engineering.
