Maintenance Coordination : Schedule and supervise preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Team Management : Lead shift teams, assign tasks, and ensure smooth operations across hot-end and cold-end processes. Required Skills Technical Expertise : Knowledge of glass forming processes (e.g., Blow & Blow, Press & Blow, NNPB). Problem Solving : Ability to troubleshoot production issues quickly and effectively. Data Analysis : Use production data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Safety Awareness : Implement and enforce safety protocols in high-temperature environments. Qualifications Education : Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Glass Technology Engineering. Experience : 25 years in glass container manufacturing is often preferred, especially with exposure to Emhart or Bottero machines2
