Job Title: Sales Marketing Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Location: [Surat, Office/Remote/Hybrid] Reporting To: Digitologist / Marketing Director Employment Type: Full-Time Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive located in Surat. The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for day-to-day market planning, conducting market research, and implementing effective marketing strategies. The candidate will also be involved in driving sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring communication between clients and the company is streamlined and effective. Qualifications Experience in Market Planning and Market Research Strong Sales and Marketing skills Excellent Communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Previous experience in a Sales Marketing role is a plus Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Identify, qualify, and convert leads through digital and offline channels. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Pitch digital products and services to potential customers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Marketing Coordination: Support marketing campaigns (online ads, email marketing, influencer outreach, etc.). Coordinate with the design/content team to create impactful promotional materials. Assist in setting up and monitoring performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.). CRM & Funnel Management: Maintain lead data and sales activities in CRM tools. Follow up with prospects and manage conversion pipelines effectively. Market Research & Reporting: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer insights. Provide reports and analytics on campaign performance and sales activities. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in sales or digital marketing (agency or tech-driven company preferred) Knowledge of social media marketing, paid ads, and email campaigns Strong communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in using tools like Google Workspace, CRM, and ad platforms Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
