Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Analyst will work on back-office and middle-office processes for financial institutions, handling various stages of the client/product lifecycle across KYC, reference data management, legal docs, loans, portfolio reconciliation, document capture, system reconciliation, pre and post settlements, brokerage functions, drafting, trade support, corporate actions, tax operations, and more. The role involves preparing reports using MS Excel and may require external interaction with agents/counterparties/clients to resolve process-related queries and discrepancies via phone or email. Key Responsibilities Include Identifying and escalating risks, promptly reporting outstanding issues to clients. Performing various trade support activities across the Trade Lifecycle, such as Trade Confirmation matching, Trade Pre-Settlements support, Front office to back-office reconciliation of trade positions, report generation, and settlements of cash flows from trading events (e.g., Interest or Premium). Handling operations of Syndicated Loans and Corporate action setup and operations.
