Digital/Tele marketer

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Telecaller & Marketer to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, generating leads, and creating digital marketing campaigns to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate qualified leads.
• Effectively communicate company offerings and solutions to prospective clients.
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with accuracy.
• Create digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to meet monthly targets.
• Collect feedback and market intelligence to support business strategy.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English (regional languages a plus).
• Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, or customer support preferred.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
