Role & responsibilities: 1. Lead Qualifications: Review and assess incoming leads based on predefined qualification criteria. Work closely with the sales team to validate the potential of leads. Categorize leads based on region, and service applicability. Maintain and update lead tracking systems. 2. Support Quotation Preparation: Collaborate with technical and sales teams to gather necessary inputs for quotations. Assist in drafting and formatting professional quotations in line with company standards. Ensure timely submission of quotations to clients. Maintain a repository of quotation templates and reference documents. 3. Market Research: Conduct secondary research to identify market trends, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarks. Prepare detailed market intelligence reports to support business strategy. Track developments in key customer segments and emerging opportunities. 4. Data Analytics Support: Gather and analyze data from sales, operations, and customer feedback. Create dashboards and visual reports to support business decision-making. Identify performance trends, bottlenecks, and improvement areas. 5. Digitization Support: Support implementation and adoption of digital tools across the sales and support functions. Document digital workflows and train team members on usage. Assist in process automation and digitization. Preferred candidate profile: Knowledge of CRM usage. Sales / Inside sales. Project management. Internet literacy/ basic knowledge on AI
