Job Title: Customer Care Executive Location: Panchkula (On-site) Job Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. • Address complaints, queries, and service requests promptly and effectively. • Maintain accurate call logs, records, and customer interaction details. • Follow company protocols to escalate unresolved issues to higher departments. • Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem resolution. • Achieve performance targets such as call handling time, quality, and resolution rate. Key Requirements: • Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English (mandatory). • Prior experience in telecalling / customer service preferred (UK/International process is a plus). • Confident, empathetic, and professional while handling customer interactions. • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM systems. • Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Work Timings (US Shift – 2 Slots Available): 1. 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM 2. 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM Employment Type: Full-time Salary & Benefits: Competitive pay (based on experience)
