As a Strategic Senior PR Executive based in Mumbai, India, you will be responsible for supporting business development efforts by creating polished and impactful decks and proposals for potential clients in the tech, Web3, and startup sectors. Your role will involve utilizing your visual storytelling skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to convert concepts into well-structured presentations that are client-ready. If you excel in bringing clarity to complex scenarios and have a passion for enhancing the visual appeal and content quality of decks, this opportunity is tailored for you. Your primary responsibilities will include crafting customized business development decks, credentials, and pitch presentations for prospective clients. You will collaborate closely with business development leads to transform concepts and requirements into well-planned proposals. Additionally, you will contribute to client acquisition by developing compelling strategies encompassing traditional PR as well as digital-first and platform-specific approaches. Your role will also involve identifying growth opportunities within client portfolios and aligning strategies accordingly. You will take charge of deck formatting, content flow, copywriting, and ensuring the final output is presentation-ready. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining a centralized deck repository, updating case studies, and coordinating inputs from relevant teams. Tracking pitch outcomes and refining future plans and formats will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in PR, communications, or business development roles, preferably within an agency environment. Previous experience collaborating with business development or leadership teams is essential. Proficiency in presentation tools such as Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Keynote is required. You should possess the ability to think strategically and develop tailored PR plans. An understanding of modern PR practices including earned and digital visibility, founder narratives, and trend-driven positioning is crucial. Strong attention to detail in visual formatting, content flow, and tone is necessary. As a self-starter, you should be capable of managing timelines and delivering results with minimal supervision.
