As a Supervisor Events & Promotion based in Bangalore, you will utilize your 5 to 7 years of relevant experience to oversee a variety of events and promotional activities, including conferences, exhibitions, and incentives. Your responsibilities will include coordinating event logistics, managing content and assets, and ensuring digital and tech relevance to enhance participant experience. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and execution, liaising with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver successful events. Your key responsibilities will involve planning and managing event processes, conceptualizing innovative experiences, overseeing event execution, collaborating for event branding, and managing budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships. You will be responsible for coordinating event schedules, communications, digital experiences, onsite setup, and staffing, as well as managing speaker and executive movements and supporting post-event activities such as PR applications and budget tracking. To qualify for this role, you should hold a graduate degree in a relevant field and possess 5-7 years of experience in event management. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), familiarity with event processes, and a creative and innovative mindset. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, effective interpersonal and networking skills, willingness to travel, and the ability to work well in a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential qualities for this position.
