Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Functional Tester with Payments Domain expertise to join our team. As a Functional Tester, you will be responsible for validating the functionality and integrity of payment systems, ensuring the applications work as expected and meet business requirements. This role requires deep knowledge of the payments industry, including payment gateways, transaction processing, security, and regulatory compliance. Strong understanding of payment processing, payment gateways, digital wallets, and transaction flows. Familiarity with PCI-DSS standards, fraud prevention, and regulatory requirements is a must. Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail), automation tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP), and defect tracking tools (e.g., Bugzilla, Jira). Strong hands-on experience with manual testing (functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, and system testing). Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify issues quickly and propose solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to document test results, defects, and reports clearly and concisely. Knowledge of SQL for database testing, understanding of API testing (REST/SOAP), and experience with transaction-based testing is a plus. ISTQB Certification or other relevant testing certifications is a plus. Experience with performance testing and security testing in the payments space.

Key Responsibilities: Instrumental in the design and delivery of architectures for business solutions through the solutions design process for Lending products. Ensure that non functional requirements are clearly understood, rationale for holistic design & its components are provided, designs are peer reviewed and approved through the relevant Architecture Governance processes. Stay abreast of technology trends and advise IT and the business about potential benefits/impacts. Provide a consultancy role to IT and business teams. Work with business and IT groups to analyze, design and implement Lending product solutions that are consistent with enterprise architectural standards. Ensure solution designs address performance Requirements and reusability, availability or recovery, integrity, and security challenges, as well as business functional Requirements. Participate in the E2E lifecycle of a project and guide the teams as required. Ensure the proposed design is as per the strategic architectural roadmap. Ensure appropriate governance exists ensuring that appropriate regulatory, compliance, security and architecture controls are effectively maintained. Work with surround application teams and architect to design and develop high performing solutions. Knowledge in lending products like loans, and credit card may be added advantage. Understanding of digital wallets, cloud technology (AWS), integration with mobile may be added advantage. Ensure that the highest level of quality is provided for all activities and products. Working with an Agile Scrum to help design and review new products or new features for existing products to ensure they meet the target architecture. Be able to manage their own time and workload. Effectively work with diverse and widely distributed teams. Collaborate closely with business analyst, architect and various IT SMEs Be able to manage priorities and work from a product backlog. Be able to advise others on technology solution and explain designs to technical and non-technical audiences.

You will define the product strategy, roadmap, and optimization of our digital payment platforms for emerging payment products like UPI, Bill Payment, digital wallets, FASTag, Merchant Acquiring, etc. Key Responsibilities: Drive strategy & roadmap for digital payment services. Enhance payment security, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with engineering, finance, and fraud prevention teams. Optimize payment workflows, for UPI, Bill Payments, digital wallets, Merchant Solutions, FASTag, etc. Ensure compliance with industry regulations (PCI DSS, etc.) It will also involve working on several products that will be developed by the organization Candidate needs to be proficient in project management skills and should be able to deal with multiple functional teams such as technology, vendors, Marketing, Alliance, Brand teams etc. Responsible for customer experience, innovation in payments solutions, product enhancements with new features/services, product performance tie up with vendors Responsible for all processes, promotional activities, marketing, training related to the product Leverage data insights to improve success rates and reduce fraud. Qualifications: 5 to 7 years in Product Management including 3-4 years of experience in digital payments, fintech. Expertise in payment processing, APIs, gateway functions, and fraud prevention. Knowledge of global payment methods and third-party integrations. Strong data analysis, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
