As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality graphic designs for various mediums, including print collateral, digital advertisements, social media content, and websites. You will develop layouts, illustrations, and typography that adhere to brand guidelines and project objectives. You will also work on digital visualization by designing mockups and prototypes for websites, mobile apps, and digital interfaces. Ensuring user experience and functionality are optimized, you will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and developers to maintain design integrity throughout the development process. Branding and identity design are crucial aspects of the role where you will assist in developing brand identities, logos, and visual systems that convey clients" unique personalities and values. Brand consistency across all touchpoints and applications will be a key focus area. Your creative collaboration skills will come into play during brainstorming sessions and design reviews, providing creative input and constructive feedback to enhance project outcomes. Collaborating with copywriters, art directors, and marketing strategists to execute integrated campaigns that meet client objectives will be part of your responsibilities. Presentation and client communication skills are essential for preparing visual presentations and design mockups to present to clients, effectively communicating design concepts and rationale. You will incorporate client feedback and revisions into designs while maintaining project timelines and deliverables. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - Proven experience of 1-3 years as a graphic designer or visualizer, preferably in an agency setting. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools. - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout techniques. - Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. - Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing is a plus.
