As a Senior Digital Visual Designer at VOYA INDIA, you will play a crucial role in leading design projects and creating innovative visual concepts for digital experiences across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design of compelling digital experiences, such as websites, mobile applications, banners, emails, and social media graphics. - Ensuring brand consistency by aligning all digital design work with the company's brand guidelines. - Collaborating with UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to create visually appealing designs that offer a seamless user experience. - Providing creative direction and shaping the visual direction for projects from concept to final execution. - Creating prototypes and wireframes to effectively communicate design ideas to development teams and stakeholders. - Applying user-centered design principles to prioritize the end-user experience in visually attractive and functional designs. - Presenting design concepts to stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback to meet project objectives and brand requirements. - Mentoring junior designers to help elevate the quality of the design team's work and providing guidance for their growth. - Keeping up with the latest digital design trends and best practices to innovate and push the boundaries of digital design. Qualifications and Skills: - 5-7 years of experience in digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating engaging digital experiences. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma for digital design and prototyping. - Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, responsive design, branding, and visual communication. - Excellent teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Attention to detail and strong project management skills to deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
