You will be responsible for supporting the planning and coordination of national programs and events for the Retail Talent Management function in the automotive sector. This includes implementing the training road map, providing tools and processes for recruitment within the dealer organization, and leading Retail HR management to enhance employee satisfaction and retention in various areas such as management, sales, product, customer support, and technology. Your role will involve implementing systems and processes to ensure the accuracy of Manpower and Retail HR KPI reports in compliance with client standards. Your responsibilities will also include Retail HR system development, utilizing digital training tools for the retail network and trainers to enhance business efficiencies and performance. You will deliver services related to dealer retail organization structure, manpower planning and reporting, employee ramp-up, performance management, Retail HR and training, training support, digitization, and reporting. To qualify for this role, you should have an MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification, along with at least 4-5 years of work experience and a strong understanding of recruitment, performance management, and related areas. Candidates with experience in retail automotive are preferred. In addition, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities, and be a team player with a professional and service-oriented attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is also required.,
