Publicis Media is seeking a Digital Trading candidate with a strong digital background to lead media buying activities for assigned accounts and contribute to the overall trading culture. The ideal candidate will guide client teams in trading strategy, approve media plans and key tactics, collaborate with leadership teams for negotiations, and cultivate productive relationships with key partners. Responsibilities: - Leading supply/publisher deals to ensure cost benefits for the agency and clients - Handling large buys and media trading in the digital space - Participating in new business pitches with agencies, emphasizing Publicis Media's buying efficiencies across digital channels - Directing negotiation and pricing for clients, including rates, executions, delivery, value adds, and post-campaign analysis - Managing the digital arena across multiple markets with a focus on buying and negotiation - Working on various aspects of digital media, such as Display, Search, Social, Mobile, Video, Programmatic, and Data - Assisting in the rollout of new digital businesses - Implementing the established Digital Trading strategy for the agency - Ensuring successful implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) like deal-making for clients, client pricing, inflation control, and demand generation - Collaborating with agencies to deliver client-level buying KPIs - Establishing systems to monitor effective strategy/campaign implementation - Providing troubleshooting and negotiation support to ensure the continued success of strategies - Cultivating relationships with local media owners - Maximizing results from media vendor partners by working on pricing for clients and brands - Collaborating with cross-functional teams on agency buys - Actively participating in client presentations, meetings, and company committees Competencies: - Bachelor's degree, preferably in advertising, marketing, business administration, or communications - 3+ years of experience in Digital Investment/Trading/Acquisition (agency experience preferred) - Proficiency in working with budgets and numbers - Exceptional organizational, mentoring, and presentation skills with the ability to multitask and attention to detail - Knowledge of the current marketplace and competitive landscape - Innovative thinking skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for interactions with global and regional teams - Ability to build strong relations with media vendors - Capable of benchmarking rates and providing business logic to support decisions - Up-to-date with current digital media trends and industry reports - Understanding of Adtech and its impact on media investment is a plus - Familiarity with ComScore for evaluation purposes - Capable of working on pitch submissions Join Publicis Media to drive digital trading activities, negotiate effectively, and contribute to the success of our clients and agency partners!,
