Role Overview: As a Digital Strategy and Emerging Tech Consultant/AM at KPMG in India, you will be part of a rapidly growing team that helps clients design and implement strategic digital initiatives. You will work closely with CxOs to solve problems in their priority digital projects, leveraging KPMG's deep industry specialization and specific digital offerings across various sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Provide advisory services to clients following client management and delivery standards - Develop and enhance digital propositions for clients in specific accounts/ sectors/ functions - Lead client interactions, develop proposals, and manage the delivery of major engagements - Assist in preparing, planning, and delivering digital transformation programs, including setting scopes, discussing budgets, staffing resources, and creating final deliverables - Collaborate with global/ national KPMG teams to ensure the best solution is developed for clients - Maintain responsibility for risk management, quality, and profitability on engagements, while coaching, mentoring, and developing junior team members Qualifications: - Masters degree in Business Administration (Majors in Marketing/ Finance/ IT preferred but not mandatory), Marketing, Finance, IT, Engineering, Data Sciences or equivalent - Certification in Digital technologies such as PMP, TOGAF, AI, blockchain, analytics, Cloud, IoT, design thinking or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory Additional Company Details: KPMG in India is a professional services firm affiliated with KPMG International Limited, offering services to national and international clients across various sectors.
