Digital Strategist - Senior Associate/ Account Manager

With 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a Digital Ads Agency, you will lead a team of junior creatives, collaborate closely with the New Business team, and ensure that our creative work consistently meets high standards. Reporting to the Creative Lead, you will be deeply involved in every stage of the production process, from initial ideation to the final delivery. Your responsibilities will include: Creative Leadership: - Leading creative efforts across multiple brands, including campaign planning, ideation, script writing, and copywriting. Collaboration and New Business Ideation: - Working in tandem with the New Business team to contribute innovative ideas and create compelling materials for client pitches. - Presenting comprehensive creative plans and scripts to clients to drive successful campaigns. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: - Coordinating daily activities with the Integrated Solutions Team to develop and execute campaign strategies. - Providing visual direction to the graphic design team based on your creative concepts. Efficient Process Management: - Breaking down briefs for junior creatives to streamline the creative workflow. - Establishing and adhering to realistic timelines that balance creativity, finesse, and client objectives. Active Involvement in Production: - Ensuring quality throughout the production process for various creative outputs such as events, shoots, and social media posts.
