The Role As a Digital Solutions Consultant with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc As a Solution Architect Consultant, you must have completed 2/3 implementation. Sound understanding of product functionality. Understanding of integration between Taleo & Eightfold. Understanding of integration b/w Eightfold & other satellite application. Capable to take call on solution from architecture perspective. Should participate in the design and other project related discussion. About You To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes Extensive ExperienceProven track record in enterprise solution architecture, with a focus on designing and implementing large-scale, AI-driven solutions within the HR domain. Technical ProficiencyDeep understanding of AI technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise system integration, with the ability to apply this knowledge to solve complex client challenges. Strategic VisionAbility to align technological solutions with business objectives, guiding clients through digital transformation initiatives to achieve measurable outcomes. Exceptional CommunicationStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships. A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is typically required. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications in enterprise architecture or AI technologies are highly desirable.
