We are looking for a skilled and passionate Shopify Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary owner of our Shopify Plus (or Shopify) store, responsible for all front-end development, theme customizations, and ensuring a seamless, high-performance, and visually stunning user experience. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, design, and operations teams to bring our brand's vision to life online. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Develop, customize, and maintain our Shopify theme using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Translate UI/UX design mockups from tools like Figma or Sketch into fully functional, responsive, and mobile-first web pages. Implement new features and functionality on the storefront, from small UI tweaks to major new sections. Manage the Shopify app ecosystem: install, configure, and customize third-party apps to enhance store functionality. Optimize the website for speed, performance, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Troubleshoot and resolve any bugs or issues on the live site quickly and efficiently. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement tracking pixels, analytics tools, and ensure on-page SEO best practices. Maintain a high standard of code quality and documentation using version control (Git). Who You Are (Skills & Qualifications) Must-Haves: Proven experience as a Shopify Developer with a strong portfolio of past projects. Minimum 3 years of experience Expert-level proficiency in Shopify's templating language, Liquid. Strong command of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Deep understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development principles. Experience working with Shopify APIs (REST/GraphQL) and integrating third-party apps. Proficiency with code versioning tools, such as Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Nice-to-Haves : Experience with Shopify Plus features (e.g., Scripts, Flow, custom checkout). Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (like React or Vue.js) for headless commerce or complex theme sections. Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce.
