Job Description - Virtual Relationship Manager - IFA Job Summary The role involves building AUMs and SIP book through servicing and managing Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) or Distributors based out of various remote locations spread across the country through Tele-Engagement. The responsibilities shall include activating inactive IFAs and empanelling fresh ones. Roles & Responsibilities Core Role: Enhancing our market share by building AUM and SIP book • Increasing the depth of the relationship through multiple need-based products • providing adequate support and service along with various required statements • Activate fresh empanelled distributors, who are currently inactive • Empanelling fresh distributors Day to Day Responsibilities: • Reaching out to Around 25-30 distributors per day • Conduct trainings and presentations on our value-added offering • Ensure adherence to regulatory framework Key Deliverables Building AUMs through the right product mix and controlling net sales • Activate inactive clients through building relationships • Preventing client attrition
