On-Page Optimisation: Optimise website content, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking structure, to improve organic search visibility and rankings. Off-Page Optimisation: Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable sources. Technical SEO: Perform technical audits of websites to identify and resolve issues affecting crawling and indexing, such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, and structured data. Generative AI Search Optimisation: Implement strategies to improve visibility on AI-driven search results (Google SGE, Bing Copilot, ChatGPT search), including conversational keyword targeting, entity-based SEO, and structured content for AI summaries. Competitive Analysis: Identify competitors’ strengths and weaknesses to develop strategies for outranking them. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, and provide regular reports on rankings, traffic, and conversions. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Marketing Campaign Setup & Management: Create, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads. Keyword & Audience Targeting: Conduct keyword research for PPC, define audience segments, and set up targeting strategies for maximum ROI. Ad Copy & Creative Testing: Write compelling ad copy, collaborate with the creative team for visuals, and run A/B tests to improve CTR and conversions. Bid & Budget Management: Monitor and adjust bids, allocate budgets across campaigns, and ensure efficient ad spend. Conversion Tracking: Set up and monitor conversion tracking pixels, events, and goals to measure campaign success. Retargeting & Remarketing: Create retargeting campaigns to re-engage past visitors and nurture leads. Performance Reporting: Analyse campaign data, prepare performance reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Platform & Trend Knowledge: Keep updated with PPC trends, platform updates, and ad policy changes. Requirements 1–2 years of proven experience in SEO and PPC marketing. Strong understanding of SEO best practices, ranking factors, and AI-powered search optimisation techniques. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and PPC tools. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns accordingly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and algorithm updates. Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
