As a Digital Reactive Printer Operator at our growing digital textile unit in Sector 80, Noida, UP, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining high-resolution digital printers for reactive dye-based fabric printing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Operate and monitor digital reactive ink printers including setup, calibration, and alignment. - Manage RIP software operations using tools like ErgoSoft and NeoStampa. - Ensure color consistency, fabric alignment, and defect-free printing. - Conduct daily maintenance tasks such as printhead cleaning, ink handling, and nozzle checks. - Coordinate effectively with design and finishing teams. - Maintain detailed records of production and consumables. **Skills & Requirements:** - 13 years of experience preferred in digital textile printing with reactive ink systems. - Proficiency in RIP software and printer interface. - Knowledge of various fabric types including cotton, viscose, and modal. - Strong attention to detail, quality control, and print settings. - Ability to work in shifts and adhere to production timelines.
