Digital Fabric Printing Designer

You will be responsible for creating original print designs for fabrics using software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or Procreate. Additionally, you will prepare print-ready files following RIP software guidelines, collaborate closely with production to ensure color accuracy and resolution, develop various types of prints, and have a good understanding of different fabric types and their impact on design. Key Responsibilities: - Create original print designs for fabrics using software like Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or Procreate - Prepare print-ready files according to RIP software guidelines (e.g., ErgoSoft, NeoStampa) - Collaborate closely with production to ensure color accuracy and resolution - Develop repeat patterns, all-over prints, placement prints, and coordinates - Understand different fabric types and their impact on color and design Qualifications Required: - Degree/Diploma in Textile Design, Graphic Design, Fashion, or Applied Arts - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Understanding of fabric color behavior and different printing techniques such as pigment, reactive, and sublimation printing - Bonus: Experience with digital textile printing workflow or CAD software (e.g., Kaledo, NedGraphics) If you join us, you will have the opportunity to work on real-time production designs, gain exposure to export-oriented digital print units, work in a friendly and growth-focused environment, and receive a competitive salary.
