Job Title: Artist & VFX Compositor (3D Animation) Location: [Noida] Employment Type: [Full-Time/Contract] Department: Animation/Visual Effects Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative VFX Artist and Compositor to join our dynamic team, specializing in high-quality 3D animation projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in working with 3D renders, integrating stunning visual effects, and ensuring flawless compositing to create visually impactful sequences. As part of the team, you will be responsible for creating dynamic simulations such as explosions, water, electricity, and blood effects, while maintaining color consistency and working collaboratively with our 3D production team. Key Responsibilities: Visual Effects Integration: Seamlessly integrate visual effects into 3D-rendered animation sequences, ensuring perfect blend with the overall scene. Simulation & Dynamic Effects : Design and implement realistic simulations and dynamic effects, including but not limited to explosions, water, electricity, and blood, according to scene requirements. Compositing: Composite multi-pass 3D renders with various other elements to produce polished and high-quality visuals, ensuring all layers blend cohesively. Color Consistency: Ensure color correction consistency across all scenes and final output to maintain the desired visual aesthetic throughout the project. Collaboration: Work closely with the 3D animation, lighting, and production teams to achieve the desired visual style and quality for the project. Optimization: Optimize VFX workflows and asset management to streamline production processes, ensuring efficiency and meeting project deadlines. Problem Solving: Address and resolve technical challenges during the VFX process, ensuring the highest visual standards are met. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a VFX Artist and Compositor, ideally in animation, film, or the gaming industry. Strong proficiency in industry-standard software such as Blender, Adobe After Effects, Nuke, and other relevant VFX tools. Solid understanding and hands-on experience with particle systems, fluid simulations, and other advanced simulation techniques. Ability to deliver high-quality VFX while adhering to the projects visual style and technical requirements. Strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of visual aesthetics and color theory. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well within a creative team. A proactive and solutions-driven approach to challenges and production obstacles. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with other VFX software and tools (e.g., Houdini, Cinema 4D, etc.). Experience in game engine integration (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity).
