Your role within the API & Integration team involves enabling the Volvo Group to utilize a wide range of integration capabilities through digital products spanning the integration stack. Specializing in delivering products, frameworks, tools, and expertise to accelerate the implementation of efficient, scalable integration solutions driving digital transformation. As a DPAO - Integration Adoption and Platform Experience, you will drive platform adoption and enhance developer experience across all platforms and technologies. Your responsibilities include promoting new integrations towards API or Event-based Integration, supporting Digital Product Managers, collaborating with various teams, and focusing on user needs and API&I integration within the community. Key Responsibilities: - Drive platform adoption and technology strategies through business change management. - Enhance developer experience by focusing on tools, documentation, training, and support. - Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders for seamless integration and collaboration. - Contribute to API&I strategy, governance, and roadmap. - Coordinate and support API&I related business change management activities. As a DPAO - Architecture and New Platform, your focus will be on creating scalable architectures, reusable components, and MVPs efficiently addressing requirements in the integration domain. Responsibilities include facilitating platform transitions, leading the team, continuous improvement, and guiding team members towards a collaborative and high-performing environment. Who You Are: - Strong understanding of API and integration technologies with a passion for driving adoption and leadership skills. - Proven experience in product management, new product development in the integration domain. - Familiarity with API design principles, GraphQL, Event Driven Architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices architectures. - Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
