As a Senior Manager Marketing at our company based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for leading and executing high-impact marketing initiatives. With over 10 years of experience in marketing, including campaign execution, BTL marketing, and digital monetisation, you will play a crucial role in driving brand campaigns, on-ground IPs, and BTL activities. Furthermore, you will plan and manage both paid and organic social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and fan base across key platforms, tracking analytics and refining strategies based on performance. Effective allocation of marketing budgets across campaigns and channels, tracking spends, and presenting reports and financial insights to senior leadership will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should hold an MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Media related field, possess strong project management and team leadership skills, and have a proven track record of executing on-ground activations and digital campaigns. A deep understanding of content marketing, influencer ecosystems, and social platforms, coupled with a strong analytical mindset and ability to work within budgets and track KPIs, will be essential for success in this position.,

Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. On-ground IP Management Lead end-to-end execution of on-ground Intellectual Properties (IPs) and branded events.
