Job Description


Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with organizational goals and target audiences. Plan and implement campaigns across multiple digital channels, such as social media, websites, email marketing, and online advertising. Content Creation and Management : Create and curate compelling digital content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, to engage and inform the target audience. Manage content calendars, schedules, and publishing across various platforms. Social Media Management : Manage and optimize social media accounts, including content posting, audience engagement, and community management. Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into strategies. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) : Implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings and organic traffic. Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities. Paid Advertising Campaigns : Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others. Set campaign budgets, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI. Email Marketing : Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including content development, list segmentation, and performance tracking. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e. g. , CAN-SPAM Act). Analytics and Reporting : Use web analytics tools (e. g. , Google Analytics) to track and analyze digital media performance. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement. Audience Engagement : Foster active engagement with the digital community, including responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly. Develop strategies to build and maintain an online community. Emerging Trends and Technology : Stay updated on digital media trends, technologies, and best practices. Recommend and implement new digital strategies and tools to enhance the organization's online presence. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Proven experience in digital media management and marketing. Strong understanding of digital channels, platforms, and tools. Proficiency in digital analytics and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and the ability to think strategically. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
