Digital Marketing Trainee

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers to join us as Digital Marketing Trainees under our 3-month Training & Development Program. This program is designed for candidates who have recently completed a digital marketing course and are eager to gain hands-on experience with real projects while learning directly from industry professionals.

Throughout the program, trainees will receive structured training and practical exposure in SEO, SEM, Paid Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva, and Content Writing. High-performing candidates may be offered a full-time position upon successful completion of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and updating social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Support SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and basic link-building
• Learn and assist in SEM tasks such as running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Contribute to content creation: blogs, graphics, social media posts, and marketing copy
• Help monitor website performance and campaign analytics using Google Analytics and other tools
• Support email marketing activities and automation workflows
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Assist the marketing team with day-to-day tasks and project coordination

Skills & Qualifications:

• Recently completed a course in Digital Marketing (mandatory)
• Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content creation
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Canva, and major social media platforms
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Eagerness to learn, adaptable attitude, and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment
