DIGITAL MARKETING TEAM

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence for our premium Aesthetic Clinic specializing in Skin, Hair, Laser, and Cosmetic treatments. The ideal candidate should understand clinic-based marketing, lead generation, and patient engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and update social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, Google Business Profile)
• Create and post daily content: posters, reels, videos, before–after posts, offers & testimonials
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads) for lead generation
• Handle online enquiries, leads, and coordinate with front office team
• Develop monthly marketing plans for offers, festivals, and campaigns
• Improve brand visibility and clinic footfall through digital strategies
• Monitor ad performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, aesthetics, and messaging
• Basic video shooting & coordination with designers/editors (if required)

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in Digital Marketing (Healthcare/Aesthetic experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing & Paid Ads
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google My Business, and lead funnels
• Good content sense for aesthetic & cosmetic industry
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)

• Canva / basic design knowledge
• Instagram Reels & trend understanding
• Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
• WhatsApp marketing & CRM follow-up
• Healthcare / clinic marketing experience (added advantage)
