As a Digital Marketing Strategist at the fast-growing marketing solutions company based in Noida, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing high-impact digital marketing strategies for client brands. Your primary focus will be on driving measurable results and brand growth through a combination of digital performance and on-ground impact. - Leading multi-channel performance campaigns across platforms such as Social Media, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Influencer, and Content. - Collaborating closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling campaign materials. - Client interaction including meetings and strategy discussions to align digital plans with specific goals. - Preparing and presenting marketing strategies, pitch decks, reports, and insights to clients and internal teams. - Regular analysis of campaign performance, generating actionable insights, and optimizing outcomes. - Staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithms. To excel in this role, you should have: - 2-5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing with a focus on strategic campaign planning and execution. - Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, Email Marketing, and Analytics. - Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM tools. - Exemplary client-handling skills with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proactive, young, confident, and presentable personality with a business-oriented mindset. You may also be required to support below-the-line (BTL) activation planning to align with digital campaigns. Occasional travel or client visits may be necessary.
