Job Description

Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies tailored to each clients unique goals and target audience. Campaign Management: Manage and optimize Meta ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn ads campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with the clients objectives and budget. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance, results, and recommendations for improvement. Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage ad budgets to maximize ROI and meet client KPIs. Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving campaign performance. Ad Copy and Creative Development: Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers to develop visually appealing ad creatives. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare detailed reports, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations. A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements. Stay Updated: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure our clients remain competitive in the digital landscape. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, SEO specialists, and web developers, to ensure cohesive and integrated digital marketing strategies. Requirements (Qualifications / Experience / Competencies) Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Meta ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn ads. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple digital marketing projects. Proficiency in digital marketing strategy development and execution. Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing analytics tools. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Agency experience is preferred. Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are a plus. Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
