Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Lead SEO and SEM efforts including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization
• Plan and manage content marketing across websites, blogs, email, and social media
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
• Manage social media platforms and improve engagement and reach
• Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
• Manage budgets and ensure maximum ROI on marketing spend

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-8 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
• Good understanding of conversion optimization and performance metrics
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B/B2C digital marketing (depending on your industry)
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or CMS platforms like WordPress
• Experience managing a small team or mentoring juniors (for senior roles)
