Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your role involves developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram. Your expertise in SEO (on-page & off-page) will be crucial for enhancing website rankings. You will also be responsible for expanding the company's presence on social media platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Track and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console. - Generate leads through digital channels and monitor conversion performance to drive business growth. - Create and manage email marketing campaigns to effectively engage with the audience. - Collaborate with the design and content team to produce high-quality content and creatives. - Stay updated with the latest digital trends and best practices to ensure innovative and effective marketing strategies. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing. - Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Email Marketing tools like Mailchimp. - Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword tools such as SEMrush and Ubersuggest. - Understanding of content marketing, conversion funnels, basic HTML, website CMS like WordPress, and landing page optimization. Additional Details: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration. An analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities is crucial for optimizing campaigns. Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for basic design work is preferred. Knowledge of video editing tools for short-form content creation and eCommerce platforms is a plus.
