Marketing Specialist Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to help us enhance our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, SEO, and digital advertising . Key Responsibilities & Expectations: 1. LinkedIn Management & Growth Daily posting to increase engagement and followers. Managing and maintaining the LinkedIn company page . Creating and sharing blogs related to company technology. Designing and posting technology-based videos (including human touch and animated content). Developing daily graphic templates for company updates. Posting and removing job postings to optimize LinkedIn ad charges. Sending connection invites to increase LinkedIn followers. Conducting LinkedIn analytics and running targeted advertising campaigns . 2. Google Reviews & Business Page Management Managing Google Business Profile (address, contact details, and business updates). Encouraging and maintaining positive reviews to enhance brand reputation. Ensuring all business information is up-to-date and accurate . 3. Social Media Management (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) Creating and managing daily posts related to technology updates, job openings, and company news. Posting engaging videos to increase brand awareness. Implementing strategies to grow followers and engagement . 4. YouTube Channel Development Creating and managing the companys YouTube channel . Uploading high-quality videos regularly. Implementing strategies to increase views and subscribers . 5. Glassdoor Management Maintaining the Glassdoor company page . Encouraging and managing positive employee reviews . Posting and managing job listings to attract potential candidates. 6. Website Updates & SEO Optimization Implementing SEO strategies (keyword optimization, backlinking, etc.). Making necessary website updates (new pages, blog posts, announcements). Sharing and promoting company updates through blog posts and news sections. Requirements: Proven experience in social media marketing and digital branding . Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Google Business, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Glassdoor . Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and website management .
