Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Shivajinagar, Pune

Mode: WFO(5.5 days, Alternate saturdays)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising)
  
• Optimize content for websites and social media platforms
  
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and other tools
  
• Conduct keyword research and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
  
• Plan and execute strategies to improve conversion rates and user engagement
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, product) to drive campaigns
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
  
• Proven track record in managing successful SEO/SEM, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  
• Strong knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
