Digital Marketing Specialist in Bangalore

We are looking for a versatile Technical Content & Digital Marketing Specialist who can create high-quality technical content while also driving its visibility through effective digital marketing strategies. This role bridges the gap between content creation and content promotion, ensuring that our product documentation, blogs, and marketing assets are both accurate and impactful.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Writing & Documentation

• Develop product documentation, user guides, FAQs, and knowledge-base articles.
• Write blogs, whitepapers, and case studies to showcase expertise and thought leadership.
• Create and refine website content including product pages, features, and landing pages.
• Ensure content is clear, user-friendly, and technically accurate.
  

Digital Marketing & Promotion

• Optimize content for SEO/SEM to maximize visibility.
• Plan and execute content distribution across blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns to generate leads and engagement.
• Track and analyze content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions).
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or related field (technical background preferred).
• 1- 2 years of experience in technical content writing and/or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, engaging language.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), CMS platforms, and social media management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
