Digital Marketing Specialist-Google Ads

As a Junior Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to achieve business objectives such as lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness. - Plan, set up, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video. - Conduct keyword research and effectively manage ad groups. - Monitor campaign performance and generate performance reports (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.). - Implement A/B testing for ad copies and landing pages. - Assist in creating remarketing campaigns to re-engage audiences. - Collaborate closely with the content and design team to create ad creatives. - Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, policies, and industry practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in Google Ads campaign management. - Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and reporting skills. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, it is preferred if you have: - Google Ads Certification (Search/Display/Shopping/Video). - Basic knowledge of SEO, social media ads, or other digital marketing channels. - Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
